6-weeks Deeper REST
The most clear sign that doing REST breath work has helped me is that throughout my day my average heart rate decreased from around 65 beats per minute to 51 beats per minute. I am physically a much calmer person now. When things in my life gets delayed, instead of worrying or getting worked up, I began taking that extra time to do a few minutes of breath work. This allowed me to turn something that normally stresses me out into an opportunity to center myself and improve my state of mind.

6-weeks Deeper REST
What I've begun to learn about myself is that taking just a few minutes out of my day to breathe actually makes a difference. As my body just had less stress and anxiety after taking just a few REST breaths. On top of that, it's made me learn just how to value taking time for myself. I've also learned a REST rhythm that works best for me to quiet thoughts coming to my mind when I just want to sit in peace and silence.

16-weeks Deeper Dive REST
Doing the REST breathing exercise was actually a great way for me to calm my anxiety through the days. I was able to spend time with my self and enjoy the alone time. Now that I know how to meditate properly I really enjoy it. I learned that I can be very consistent with what I like, and I like to meditate. I noticed throughout the week that my anxiety level has gone down and there are a lot of ways possible to make my day a good day.
